1. Definitions

Company: Shukri Digisol Services Pvt. Ltd., owner of Himachali Rishta, Byoh Rishta, and Prime Matrimony.
Platform: Website, Android/iOS Apps, and associated portals.
Member: Any registered user.
Services: All matrimonial and ancillary services offered via the Platform.

2. Consent to Communication

By registering, you authorize our representatives to contact you via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your profile, membership, or follow-ups. Such communication may be recorded for training and compliance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to marry under Indian law. Profiles for unlawful purposes (such as extra-marital affairs) are strictly prohibited.

4. Membership & Termination

Only one profile may be created per mobile number or email ID. Duplicate or fraudulent profiles will be removed without any refund.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion under, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

• Creation of fake, duplicate, or misleading profiles.
• Providing false, incorrect, or incomplete personal information.
• Rude, abusive, or disrespectful communication with our team or other members.
• Misuse of member contact details obtained through the platform.
• Contacting or pursuing irrelevant profiles, including those with a significant gap in education level, profession, or age.
• Receiving valid complaints or reports from other users regarding inappropriate behavior or fake information.
• Any activity that violates our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or community standards.

In such cases, the Company reserves full rights to deactivate, suspend, or permanently delete the concerned account without prior notice or refund.

5. Non-Commercial Use

The Platform is strictly for personal matrimonial use. Commercial promotion, solicitation, or third-party advertising is prohibited.

6. Content & Conduct

Members are responsible for the accuracy of the data they upload. Objectionable, defamatory, or misleading content will be removed. The Company may refuse or delete any content at its discretion.

7. Data Retention & Privacy

Even after account deletion, data remains in our database under archived status for compliance, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Archived data is not publicly visible.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company provides only a facilitation platform. We are not liable for the accuracy of member data, marriage outcomes, or disputes. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and affiliates against any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Final Agreement

By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
